Based in Southern California, Facility Services Partners, Inc. (FSP) was established in 2008 by Malcolm Thomas and Scott Collins, both bringing over 40 years of experience in outsourced facility management with executive positions at Fluor, Emcor and CBRE. FSP delivers a range of facility management services—from building maintenance and custodial work to mailroom operations, HVAC, and administrative support—guided by the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for excellence. In 2011, FSP earned the Malcolm Baldrige “Challenger Award,” joining just 16 organizations in California recognized for such distinction.
By 2014, FSP’s largest client, Soka University of America, received APPA’s Award for Excellence for outstanding facilities management. With a mindset for growth and excellence, FSP strives to maintain exceptional standards for every client.
